RHAR has been appointed to develop a scheme that involves the demolition of two existing buildings, which are in a poor state of repair and are considered to contribute little to the High Street. The plan includes replacing them with new commercial space at the ground floor level and constructing seven new residential units above. 

Apartments feature private amenity to the rear, and the building is to be equipped with solar panels and a green roof to the rear.
This project is currently a live planning application, following pre-application advice received by the local authority.
